Submissions are public information: Your submission must include your full name and an email or postal address. Your submission, name and contact details will be provided to decision makers. Your submission, with your name only will be available on our website. However, if requested under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, we may make submissions including contact details publicly available. If you feel there are reasons why your contact details and/or submission should be kept confidential, please contact us.
